Meet Your Coach – Dylan McKenna

I’m Dylan McKenna, and I’ve spent the last decade transforming not only my own physique and mindset, but the lives of thousands of men just like you, men who were tired of feeling average, stuck, or like they were living below their potential. Fitness changed my life forever, and now my mission is to make sure it does the same for you.

From becoming an IFBB Pro, to deadlifting 680 pounds, to being ISSA certified and studying the science of human performance for 10+ years. I’ve lived and breathed this lifestyle at the highest level. But what I care about most isn’t a trophy or a lift, it’s results. Real life change. I’ve built a proven system that has taken thousands of guys from frustrated and inconsistent… to the strongest, leanest, and most confident version of themselves, permanently.

This isn’t just physical. When you build your body, you build your discipline. Your mindset changes. Your confidence rises. You start operating with the power and certainty you were meant to have as a man. That’s why I don’t just coach clients, I build winners. You will be receiving a program that specifically fits your needs. I’ll create your plan to fit the time you have for the gym each week, your goals, any injuries, and exactly where you’re at in your journey.

Custom Diet Plans

Once you sign up, you can choose if you prefer a macro-based approach with a grocery list, or a customized diet plan. Both work very well, and we can always see what your body responds to best – if need be!

Weekly Check-ins

+
Every single week we will do a check-in where you will send me a quick update form that inlcudes pictures. Based off of that, I’ll change your diet and training to maximize your progress – every single week! Check-ins are done through WhatsApp to make things fast and efficient.

Form Critique

Form is highly important for getting results and staying injury free. That is why you will send me videos of your lifts, so we can make sure your technique is on-point!

Mobility Routine

+
Mobility is HUGE for staying injury free and progressing in the gym! I provide warm-ups, cool-downs, and stretches – to help you become more mobile.
